Refund Policy

At Niryat Sarthi, we work constantly to give our customers outstanding learning opportunities and support. However, we recognize that situations may occur in which you must cancel your registration. In order to guarantee equity and transparency, we have implemented the below refund procedure:

  1. Self-Sanctioned Cancellations:
  • You are entitled to a refund if you decide to drop out of any lecture or service, however there are certain restrictions:
  • A cancellation request needs to be sent to our customer service team by correspond email.
  • If the request for cancellation be approved:
    • More than 14 days before to the lecture or service’s scheduled start date: There will be a 100% refund of the amount that was paid.
    • 7 to 14 days prior to the planned start date: 40% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
    • Less than 7 days before scheduled start date: No refund will be provided.
  • After receiving the cancellation request, the refund will be executed within 15 business days using the original payment method.

 

  1. Cancellations Initiated by the Company:
  • You will be informed as soon as possible if Niryat Sarthi has to postpone a lecture or service because of unanticipated events or low enrolment.
  • If Niryat Sarthi initiate the cancellation, you will have the ability to apply the entire payment to the subsequent lecture or service of your choosing.
  • You can ask for a refund if you would rather not have the money sent. In 15 business days, you will get a 100% refund using the original payment method.

Please be aware that all additional services provided by Niryat Sarthi, including lectures, seminars, and visits, are covered by this return policy.
